FEDERAL FIREARMS REGULATIONS REFERENCE GUIDE 2005
No loaded firearms are permitted at any gun show, anytime. This includes all Concealed Carry License Holders, NO loaded handguns permitted at any time. Patrons are to unload and remove magazines and open the actions prior to entering the show. All firearms will be tied securely to prevent accidental discharge.
At all times you must follow the NRA 3 rules of safety: 1 Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction. 2 Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot. 3 Always keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.
Patrons and exhibitors entering the show must have all firearms tied to prevent accidental discharge, a insurance policy requirement.
No loaded magazines or "clips" are permitted in the show.
Dealers are to have all guns inspected and cable tied even in a secure case or rack to prevent accidental discharge or theift prior to displaying.
All guns must be secured by plastic ties preventing the firearm from fully functioning or possible discharging.
All patrons and exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing the possession and sale of the items brought into the show.
No explosive ordinance is permitted other than small arms ammunition, ammunition, primers sealed and unopened packaging.
No fireworks, black powder, grenades, rockets, bombs, or gas canisters of any form permitted.
Gun Show Security:
24 hour security is provided by local, county, private, plain clothes, and electronic means. They cannot be everywhere; It is your responsibility to protect the tables from theft.
All guns must be secured from theft. All Exhibitors must display firearms cable tied to the display table or gun rack or in a secure case.
Proper identification is required to buy/sell/trade weapons, firearms, ammunition.
Licensed FFL Dealers must abide by the rules covering their license (local, State, and Federal) and have said license displayed.
All firearms sold, traded, transferred, or disposed of by FFL holders must have background checks according to local, state and federal law.
You must be 21 to buy a handgun and at lease 18 to enter the gun show; Minors are not permitted in the gun show unless with parents or guardians
No Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs or activities are permitted at the show.
Condition of renting tables is that all exhibitors agree to never have a loaded gun in the premises or on their person.
All Tables must be covered.
All tables must be paid for prior to setting up at the show.
No refunds for cancellations made the week of the show.
Tables will be held for exhibitors until 8:30am on the opening day of the show, then revert back to Buckeye Gun Shows to be re-assigned. Generally Saturday and then forfeited for the entire show.
No "Sub Letting" of tables.
Do not leave the show early.
General Set-up times for exhibitors unless changed for a specific location are: noon to 8pm Friday and 7:00am to 8:45am on Saturday morning.
Buckeye Gun Show management and promotion:
Insurance policy's require Gunsmith' to have liability insurance and Buckeye Gun Shows, LLC must be listed on their policy.
The gun show promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any and all damages or injuries resulting from an exhibitorís or patronís display or actions.
Buckeye Gun Shows, LLC, promoter, reserves the right to refuse space to anyone when in the opinion of the promoter such space would not be in the best interest of the show, other exhibitors of the arms collecting fraternity. The promoter further reserves the right to request an exhibitor to change or remove a display what would be considered offensive with social, political and/or collecting ideals.
The gun show promoter and management are not liable for any theft, loses, injuries, any damages while exhibitors and patrons are present in the show.
All exhibitors and patrons assume and accept full responsibility and liability for all damages and/or personal injuries resulting from the use of any item of the exhibitors or patrons and hold the gun show promoter harmless.
The gun show management has the right to refuse admission or entry of anyone.
No refunds are given for weather related issues or acts of nature.
